Details of the complaint : Becareful with this forummer. Called me a couple of times and told me that he confirmed his order for k610, and he did not turn up during COD time. Told me that he's back to hometown, and the next day (saturday) i called and sms-ed him again, he told me he's coming back by 8pm and he'll meet me around that time. At 8pm, he didn't turn up and ignore all my sms and calls. Tried calling him a few times today, ignoring my calls

Drove to LYP to COD with him but he didnt turn up and didnt bother to pick up the phone too

Yes i think the second link is him..

I found out he's from some where in ampang.. So normally he will suggest to deal nearby this area.. Like Sg wang, lot 10, Plaza low yat etc.. So becareful with him when you plan to deal with him in the future..

what happened to this thread already. so many conman here...have to be extra carefull in the future...

It's a big problem when seller had to waste their time waiting for the buyer or could waste their money getting the stock first.

Yes the reason i post in dispute zone is to show to others forummer beware with him. I have give him a lot of chances. I tried to call him many times with many differents number but still he refuse to answer the call.. I'm quite disappointed with this kind of people..

Well.. I'm so disappointed with him.. The same day promise me and keep on beg me to order the stock for him even though he said he's rushing and have to go somewhere and promise will deal at night.. At the same night i tried to call him and he said he's now in seremban and can't make it now and promise me that he will only available to deal with me at 8pm at the next day.. Now he told me he had found a better price in Seremban and bought the phone in there already.. How irresponsible he is?

PS: He caused me to lose RM7xx for taking the stock in advance, and now my money stuck there for nothing

I've dealt with him over a SE W550i before.

Went smoothly except that he was a little late and he lost his way.

one of the solutions is to sell the phone now at cost price(which means no ringgit earned)
why never take in deposit first?

Only post constructive advice, do take note that this is not a petty ffk case, seller suffered from big loss as a result from the ffk (RM7xx) got stuck for nothing and the phone depreciates everyday. Put yourself in seller's shoe, imagine that you are running out of cash, and you got ffk-ed, money got stucked, and you cant use the money to roll for your business and the buyer didn't even offer help to at least reduce the losses suffered. Buyer could at least ask around and help the seller to sell the phone or perhaps the seller sell at cost price and buyer compensate the losses should there's any instead of the buyer just hiding and being irresponsible.

Come on,there is bound to be some ffk case here and whether the seller suffered from big loss is irelevent here.

it just unfortunately that it had to happen to Clareen,who happen to be a student?(is she coz i am not sure) who is dealing handphone business part time.

My scenario;
what if the seller also happen to have a "small" handphone shop and selling handphone here as well and also get his stock when there is request and happen to be ffk just like Clareen case.

As Clareen don't operate on deposit 1st,there is chances of people ffk anytime.it is a risk and she should be prepare for it.

Like greyPJ remark...take RM50 deposit 1st

If moderator still think i am bulls^**ting here...then please by all mean clean my comment again.

A way to prevent FFKers is to ask mod to give them a FFK TAG. Easy reminder to all.

But I'd be afraid to place a deposit as well because of the amount of people going missing the moment someone deposited an amount to them
