agent contact me to rent my property, but the one signing will be a company instead of the actual tenant.

is there any thing that i need to be careful of when renting to company that i need to be more wary of?

Individual will be on the contract but the company will be main.

you can put in the tenancy agreement. alternatively ask your lawyer to draft additional clause to protect you

why use individual better?

If company then good.

For 1 year. Ask for 12 months post dated cheque under your name.

For 2 years tenancy agreement. Ask for 24 months post dated cheque.
