Hi, planning to get this phone. Some questions:

1) Is the vibration strong on this phone? My phone is 24/7 on silent that's why I need a strong vibrate to tell me of calls.

2) Also, is the ringing alarm volume acceptable? I heard ringing speaker is soft, but in quiet room use for alarm should be alright?
