any suggestion of the 2.5mm earphone for this slim nokia 6300? original earphone cant satisfy me. or better to buy a 2.5mm to 3.5mm converter?

Does anybody knows how to change the housing DIY? Is it easy to do it or? I found the housing below is quite special, its bronze
