Hi all,

There are dozens of shoplot cf delayed 10 years due to developer issue. (It was built around 1997)

From my understanding, we need to pay interest during construction period right because we lend money from bank.

The shoplot price is around 400k,
400k with 4.x interest, 10 yrs = around 100k+, that's a lost shouldn't count on buyer because developer didn't deliver promise as per contract.

Can we sue him and get our money back?

From what I know the lawyer has done for us, we won the case 1 year ago but the developer never pay a single cent to us and they still doing business..

However they paid those buyers who were "first batch" sued him, but they ignored the 2nd batch..

Please advise what kind of further actions we can do to claim our rights?

they only got 30 days to file notice of appeal. 30 days no appeal then can considered case close permanently you won.
