It is having Chinise language, but wonder why it do not have dictionary..

the problem is: -

the music player hangs and takes about 2 minutes to get the music player out on the screen.

i just got myself a brand new 6300 black edition last week.

just wondering, is the ringtone & msg tone have ascending ringing?

i set my tone ringing as RINGING, not ASCENDING.
i just noticed it. my firmware is v7.0.

does 6300 is the only model which has ascending ringing or the ascending ringing also occurs in other previous models like 6500 and 6500 slide?

i have nokia 5310 xm and it's not ascending.

can you let us know how did you update your software? is it through the online update and using the usb cable?

i Did it a few days ago.

It takes approx. 20 minutes with usb cable. Using online update is too pricy. Just use the online connection by usb cables.

So far no problems occur for my phone. Almost 2 yr usage.

update to the latest firmware.

I have a Zitron set, the top part (black area) of the phone has scratches. If I were to change a new housing, will I void my warranty because there's a Zitron security seal sticker on one of the screws at the battery area.

thanks. i also thought of this. but, mine is the AP set, will the update mess up my phone, such as hanging and jamming problems after the update from Nokia site?

Do u want to change the housing yourself or at a nokia shop? if u go and get the original casing at an ori nokia shop then that wont be a problem.. they'll change it for u and wont void warranty.

Added on March 28, 2009, 4:53 pmupdate with nokia software updater.. it will improve your phone. make sure u have a full battery when u update it.

inside the Media folder, my Music Player hangs. i neede 2 minutes to open it, and another few minutes to start playing a song or to close a song. how do i overcome it? replace by another music player? how to do it please?
