Hi to all, I've just purchased a rm800,000 property.
How much is the valuation fee in a rough figure? Agak agak. Just want to be prepared and know if they will overcharge me.

Prop 800k would be around:

No discount from valuer : rm2067

If discount 10℅ : rm1892

If discount 15℅ : 1805

If discount 25℅ : rm1630

How much they've been charged you?

Usually its standard scale except the discount part.
