Happened to wifey earlier this year. Asked the Maxis store staff @sunway pyramid to print details of the 'account'. name n ic the same, but billing address was different. went to make a police report. the policeman on duty mentioned its a 'norm' for them to receive such report. after the report is made, we got a copy of it and submit a complaint for fraud to the Maxis store.

case was reviewed within a week. was told case was cleared 2 weeks after submission.

funnily, another fraud case was reported with TM for Streamyx. same IC copy but different mailing address. but TM is slowwwwwwwwwww is resolving.....
