Hmm I didnt go to dermatologist, but have you tried Kiehl's skincare? They are very pricy but my acne scars gone very fast. I use Clinique the blue one as the daily face lotion, so far I dont need treatment anymore the acne can heal itself fast and minimal scar.
Last time my acne is really bad, almost like yours, but my acne is super red and pointy2 ones.

I heard dr.ko offer laser treatment...but just i scare that it would make skin thinner and reddish after treatment...like having blush all the time.
