I want you guys to be be careful to deal with the current irresponsible seller.

I have agreed to deal with TS for S7 Edge. Acknowledge that they have purchased under Maxis Zerolution plan, and Seller promise if anything happens, I could back to them
UPDATE: THEIR CAR PLATE NUMBER IS WSW 801, TOYOTA CAMRY. LET ME KNOW IF SOMEONE KNOWS ANY INFO ABOUT THE CAR PLATE NUMBER.

Suddenly, I could not use my SIM card, and it says emergency calls only, I have contacted Samsung, and sent it for repair

Receive a note from Samsung, that they have changed the motherboard, and everything should be fine. Upon checking, the issue still persist. Samsung asked me to check with Maxis.

Check with Maxis KL Sentral, they informed me that the phone might need to restart several times (10.00 AM), it works. However, by 2.00 PM, the issue is back

Send the phone back to Samsung, to get it diagnosed by them. Estimation of checking: 1-2 weeks. Bear in mind, I need the phone so urgently, yet this seller only BLAME on the Sim card slot faulty, which Samsung informed me earlier that there's no sim card faulty

I have received the phone back from Samsung, and they have changed the motherboard for the 2nd time (under warranty). They inform me that everything should working as intended. Samsung asks me to contact Maxis.
And then, I contact Maxis via 123. I have asked about "Why does Maxis block my Imei? because Samsung informed me that everything should be good"
And after several departments, they transferred my call to Arul, from Maxis Priority Customer. He asked me that my Imei is BLOCKED due to excessive billing that the owner has not paid yet. I suspect it's trigerred by SuggieBliss's Maxis Billing, which has not paid the Zerolution plan. FYI: Maxis never disclose who is the account owner, and how much does the owner owe money to Maxis.
From SuggieBliss, she claims that she will check with Maxis, and inform me that Maxis should never disclose customer's information. Hi SuggieBliss, if you read this, please know that Maxis never disclose private things such as your billing address and the total money that you own Maxis.I have checked with SuggieBliss's husband about on going case (where did she buy the Samsung from), but after replied, "I will check with my wife", there's no reply.

I have reached my patience. I post this as a notice for you guys for not dealing with SuggieBliss, she would never response after she knows that she can't reply you with good outcome for both parties.
My demand is quite easy. After several thoughts, I WOULD DEMAND FOR A REFUND

UPDATE: Police report has been lodged. They will submit the case to MCMC for further investivigation.
UPDATE: UPON CHECKING WITH MAXIS CENTRE, SHE HAS NOT PAID THE BILL FOR JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, AND OCTOBER. SHE JUST PAID THE BILL FOR JUNE BY AUGUST 2016 - WITH SEVERAL TRIES TO CONTACT HER OR HIM, FINALLY A REPLY COMES FROM THEIR SIDE. THEY ARE TRYING TO SETTLE THE BILL ISSUE - I WILL NOT WITHDRAW THE DETAILS I PUT HERE UNLESS THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED.
