Warranty is Japan only.

Can I play it in Msia; i.e. game and console?

Serow ah? I dont think so, that depends on your bandwidth rather than the console. When u sign up xbox live use local address should be fine.

Also the issue you mentioned is caused by out of region players meaning folks from other region joining non native servers.

Wow that's a very good price! And it's the Battlefield 1 bundle too! You should be able to get it even cheaper if you ask for the tax-free rebate. Most shops have a duty-free rebate for items above 10000 yen, provided you show them your passport and fill up the duty-free form. Which shop is that by the way? Yodobashi? Labi? Bic?

I saw the same in AUS. The deal is even more attractive. AUD289 (~RM950 after conversion) for 1TB device with Halo5 + Halo1-4 (digital copy).

But, due to warranty concern so I didnt get it. Such a waste.

Xbox One S even more attractive. AUD399 (~RM1200 after conversion plus tax refund) 500gb + FIFA17 + xbox player remote + 1 pc UHD4K blu ray disc

I buy US version back in 1st day release in November 2013. Around RM 3,200. Buy exclusive game.
Play few times only. Same goes to PS4. Buy on release date around RM 2,000. So now wait for half year only buy PlayStation Pro with VR.
