I purchased the tablet 2 months ago and found that the battery drain 5-10% in a 24 hr period even I completely shut down the tablet and remove the detachable keyboard & plugged device.
I had upgraded the BIOS and updated all the necessary device software. I had disabled usb charging in BIOS and turn off fast start.
I seek for advice at hp support forum and their final suggestion is contacting HP Support for warranty issues.
But today when I go to the shop that I purchased the tablet, the staff there said this is normal?!!
Anyone of u bought this product or other similar product and encounter this issue?
