I switched on my amp yesterday and there's a humming/buzzing sound coming from it... with or without my guitar input , the sound is there... with my guitar connected to it , there's no guitar sound... only the humming sound...

there's a fuse but since it can be switched on , i dont think there's a problem with the fuse... so what could be the problem??

is it earthed properly?
i remembered my old practice amp that comes with the plug thats not the regular standard 3 pin we usually have on our normal home appliances. after changing it, buzzing stops.
