h) in the event of issuance of the title to the Property in the name of the Vendor, the Vendor will, at the cost and expense of the Purchaser(s) procure the Property to be transferred to and registered in the name of the Purchaser(s) and/or the Purchaser(s)'s nominee or nominees; and


vendor have to bear the cost of transfer of the title?

what about cases where the developer refuses to do a direct transfer when the property is sold?

which means the name of title has to be transferred to vendor first and then to new purchaser? so double stamp duty to be paid??

i think yes, need to pay twice. one for vendor, one by purchaser.
