What type of places do Pak Hitam like to stay in? If buy new development how to prevent Pak Hitam from moving in? If existing area how to know if Pak Hitam staying there?

They like to camouflage. So avoid dark areas. I have a black cat. She always hide in dark areas like store room, under the bed. And she likes my black back pack

I think you shouldn't avoid Africans but more specifically Nigerians. They ones that always creating troubles are Nigerians. The rest of Africans are fine.
