Forum is a avenue for the forumners to share and offer alternate views and opinions. And it is a public space. Developer's rep I guess are most welcome to participate and engage with the forumners to clarify any issues which may misrepresented. Anyway... most forumners here are very mature adult... If they are interested in the project, they will clarify all the points anyway.... Just look at Riyang where developer's rep answer all questions professionally.....

If want to play in Kitchen, must tahan the fire lor. If you think any facts are not correctly pointed out, you point it out lor with correct facts...

Personally, I will not buy any products from company who take hard stand and threat a legal action who think otherwise than them. It shows the narrow minded of the people up there.

Btw, above is general statement and not construed as malicious accusation of any parties or person.

Does the kitchen includes white goods such as hood, hob, oven and fridge? If yes, probably worth to take it because if you are going for branded fully fitted kitchen it can cost quite a lot.

The biggest culprit the jam in OKR is the morning wet market (towards OUG) and Scott Garden (towards KL). There are so many selfish drivers who rather park "free" on side road and blocking the roads rather than park inside Scott Garden.
