no developer will shrink their price & sell , which is very unfair to early bird buyer

the most common tactic they use to attract buyer in this softening period is , they increase the price & give more rebate to purchaser

etc :
Now 600k 10% discount bare unit
New price RM640k 15% discount + partly furnish
