Currently, during the weekdays,
Okr is seriously jam and congested from Pearl point onwards up to mid valley/ seputih,
The other direction also jam from these two development towards temple road junction.
DBKL seems like don't know the situation and ignore traffic management study.
In fact, all development shall engage traffic consultant to provide the report and solution as well as proposal on the potential impact of development contributed to the surrounding environment...
The increase in density and ppl / acres land area is used to measure the impact and assessment...
Look like nothing is been done....or something is wrong somewhere.

Base on traffic condition every weekdays morning and evening during the peak hours,
It's impossible the council is approving the development without upgrading the infrastructure....
The isf paid by developers as well as the development charges are always missing or not utilise to upgrade for its original purposes....

But unless this is authorities requirements,
Otherwise, no developers in Malaysia will spend additional cost to construct direct ramp to high level.
Car park efficiency of between 320-350sqft/bay is common objectives in most of carpark design for Architect.
If additional ramp is construct, the efficiency will drop and cost will increase....

Basic requirements in planning guidelines such as minimum open space and green area need to be comply ...
Pertaining to facilities provided, basically there are no limit or maximum can be provided.
However, there is an minimum requirements for service apartment facilities.
One good example u can refer to Selangor planning guideline for Pangsapuri Servis.

Those who are in construction sector will know that majority Chinese contractors who cari makan at malaysia is good in civil and structural aspect but not so goo in architectural and finishing.

Unless those actively construct in Singapore and HK whereby finishing is upmost important as their key skill.
Over here, majority developers subcontract to Chinese contractors only two factors;

1) Competitive price
2) Construction financing
