Went there. Location not too bad. Got 2 entrance not sharing with citizen 1. Citizen 2 also not blocking citizen 1. Inner block is better not near the road. Citizen 1 can occupy next year but citizen 2 gonna wait ...

Awaiting show unit to be ready by weekend. Think citizen 1 sold out otherwise may consider that too no need wait so long ....

Guys... wanna know... the developer is binastra right? is binastra a good developer, what i know is binastra used to the main-con for some projects but seem like citizen is their first few own project. curious whether the planning, material etc is good....
sorry, not good in property market but planning to get 1 and comparing citizen 2 with greenfield sunway... |

Good luck to citizen 1 buyer... All view hancur... Heard the agent has not receive their commission from Binastra for months... Some even close to 1 year...
