To me unable to accept the close location to petrol station (fumes) and next to NPE (noise and smoke".. And some of the condos located near seri sentosa old commerciial eyesore

for the price, I think it's not a bad place. Trust me when I say I've scouted quite a few properties before settling on Citizen 2. But ultimately, it's your call.
