I drove to Happy Garden this evening trying identify the potential site location.
Since TS mentioned a large piece of land, then there are only a few pieces of land at the ares that are large (from my observation).

At least two potential sites were quoted by other forummers above.
I just append one more potential site, which is the land between KL Palace Court Condo and Jln Kuchai Jaya 4...

That area kinda bordering to Happy Garden.

U want KL lang cut their night life? THat is impossible.. like that all dai gor and mafia kaki cari apa duit? No life if all these activities blocked... ban all liquor and gambling=govt tax reduce... u have to explain to Pak Putih why ban these activities... drink still okay..dont waste the money to hang flowers... =)

Nowadays, those so called big brother is only representative of politicians or high ranking officer...
Their job is act as middle man in running black business and channel money or income to those officer...

Whoever like to go to those place, are actually subsidising those officer or politician...

Happy garden is a strategic location. A lot of young generation loves to stay in this area especially their parents r staying nearby in the landed property. Just some medium cost condo really have a lot of lenglui from Thai, tongsan n etc...

UOA Development acquires land in Sri Petaling for RM61m for mixed development

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 24): UOA Development Bhd is acquiring a property development company that owns 9.4 acres of freehold land in Sri Petaling, for RM61.06 million.

“The land is expected to be used for mixed development with a residential focus complemented by some commercial elements. The total gross development value is estimated to be RM1 billion,” the group said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

UOA Development said it will pay cash from internally-generated funds for the acquisition of Cosmo Housing Development Sdn Bhd.

It added that the acquisition is expected to contribute positively to its earnings when the development of the land commences.

UOA Development's share price closed up four sen or 1.56% at RM2.61 yesterday, with a market capitalisation of RM4.49 billion. — theedgemarkets.com

So, they bought 2 pieces of land, Happy Garden and Sri Petaling?

it is other side of Happy Garden, therefore is Sri Petaling.

The many lands here are split to two parts ya. Happy Garden side was already owned before this acquisition of Sri Petaling.
