I drove to Happy Garden this evening trying identify the potential site location. Since TS mentioned a large piece of land, then there are only a few pieces of land at the ares that are large (from my observation).
At least two potential sites were quoted by other forummers above. I just append one more potential site, which is the land between KL Palace Court Condo and Jln Kuchai Jaya 4...

Happy garden is a strategic location. A lot of young generation loves to stay in this area especially their parents r staying nearby in the landed property. Just some medium cost condo really have a lot of lenglui from Thai, tongsan n etc...
