hi, wanted to apply for just one card. Can i just check if all auto billing (TnB, Astro, Syabas) are eligible for the cash back?

Also, is it easy to ask for annual fee waiver?

HLB Wise might have better rates, but the annual fee can't be waived (saw other's comment on that in HLB credit card forum). Hence wise make SC Just One more worth it?

Hi guys, I have slight confusion on the cashback amount I've received for last month spending. I thought I should have received the max cashback (RM 85) for just one platinum card.

14-Oct-17: RM 600 in resort spending (normal Retail)
15-Oct-17: RM 32 in resort restaurant (normal retail)
16-Oct-17: RM 63.80 in Lazada Shopping (online)
23-Oct-17: RM1254 in retail pharmacy (normal retail)
24-Oct-17: RM 600 in Ctrip online booking for china train (online)

Total spending for Oct should be > RM 2500. Hence I should get 15% cashback for online spending category (RM 63.80 + RM 600) which is around RM 99. Since there's a cap at RM 85, I would assume I should get RM 85 cash back.

However this is not the case. I've only gotten RM 14.

Can anyone enlighten me? Or whom can I check with? SC customer service?

For grab top up RM 200 to get RM10 Grab voucher...can the rm200 top up be split into 2 transaction (e.g. RM 100 x 2)? Or it must be 1 single top up of RM200?
