I'm trying to redeem the cash back and it requires a SMS OTP however I'm not able to receive the SMS OTP even after clicking resend. Happened since yesterday. Anyone encounter similar issues?

Anyone used SC Mastercard for foreign transactions? I made a purchase in Euro and understand SC charge 1% based on the foreign amount but when I refer to Mastercard exchange rate website ( https://www.mastercard.us/en-us/consumers/g...t-currency.html ), the amount converted to RM is much higher.

If you are using SC Mastercard for overseas purchase, please check the exchange rates charged by Mastercard at https://www.mastercard.us/en-us/consumers/g...t-currency.htmlSC said they will charge 1% admin fee on top of the Mastercard rate but in actual fact they charge more than 2% which is not what is indicated in their agreement. Lodge a complain with them as this is very misleading.

QUOTE(yw46 @ Dec 8 2017, 12:04 PM) Based on my experience, SC GOLD charge 2.2% on the rate. Usually CC will charge 2-2.2%, of which I believe the price quoted in website is the mid price, then visa/master will earn some spread and SC will earn another 1% spread. The point here is it is stated in the credit card agreement that SC will only charge 1% as admin fee but they are charging more than 2%. FYI there is no extra charges from Mastercard other than what you see in their portal. This is misleading information from SC and if anyone is being charged above 1% you should lodge a complain with them.

Anyone can suggest where to pay DBKL tax assessment and TNB bills online using credit card? I think Jompay does not accept credit card payment.
