For new card request (hold one card before), T+2 see new card in online banking, T+3 or 4 received the card.

And ironically received the sms saying the card was on the day like T+7 which i already using it 🤣

To add on: i receive and activate my card on 29/9 and spend immediately, did receive my cb for sep on 18oct 🤫

i had suffer alot of calls from their dept already, varies from balance transfer, cash advance, etc.

asked that girl to disable this for me but she said it's auto called by system which i need to call in to disable the marketing calls.

contacted sc however, it says if i disable the marketing calls, it will also disable the SMS - (last few month there's sms+spin and win promo) - hence i am still getting calls like weekly

I was lucky last year that they give me AF waiver (that time don't havr sst) easily with no question ask.
