Pertrol + other  1500 = max cap RM 28

CS unable to give any help. They just push and say it's the bank's decision to consider if it's eligible and also their right to change T&C. When I see that I adi know no show d, time to put my auto-debit elsewhere.

that is if you have yet to pay the current month bill

if you have already paid then only request for registration of auto-debit, it will charge u a small sum and reverse the charge to verify. if my understanding is correct, the subsequent month should be considered as auto-bill.

but it seems like the general issue here is everyone's time auto-bill is not considered as an eligible transaction for the 15% cashback, so probably MCC code error or SC's own system's problem. Haven't really read through everyone's comments but I don't see any successful case of someone getting CB from time's auto-debit.
