You have to call every year to waive. But must meet their spending criteria. Not sure what's the criteria at the moment

Wow I foresee this may happen to me if I cancel my CashBack cc. Their rebate always will make your balance +positive.

Sorry I keep reading that Cash Back need to be redeemed.

I just got my JustOne Plat MC few months back. How exactly do you redeem Cash Back?

Just use for 2 months, yet to redeem any cashback.

Use mainly for Uber and pump petrol at BHP. Using MC Contactless there is convenient - last time BHP even give free mineral water for using the MC

Not my main CC, Maybank card is my main use for Online Purchase

Received new card from StanChart, so excited and wanted to spend immediately. Tap at car park then realised couldn't use the PayWave. Online payment no problem though

Tried calling their number but weekend doesn't pick up. Call again on Monday but being put on long wait

CS say need to use PIN and pay method first to use PayWave

Should have mention it somewhere it letter la. Other bank cc never have this problem!

Already lost confidence with StanChart. Poor experience

I decide to cut my SC Journey card cos not fully utilized. I called in and the lady say someone from another department will call within 7 working days to confirm so ask me not to destroy the card yet...

Is that how they work?
