Just curious, what is the term and conditions for the auto billing campaign e.g. how long before I can cancel the auto billing with the bank.

If u are firm about cancelling then u can just tell them so.

Waiting for their callback is getting ridiculous and service is getting worse.

Alternative way to deal with them is submitting complaints through this email: ComplaintResolution.Malaysia@sc.com

Every times they called to confirm the termination of the credit card I would feel exhausted to tell I was very firmed to cancel the card. Why don't the banks just create a place on their webpage or apps to let the client cancel the card easily.
