I find it quite difficult to get credit card from SCB.
Don't know why I can EASILY get signature card (this month) & even world master card (last December) from other banks but my application for JOP was rejected. Now in appeal process. The Cs told me to re-apply after 3 months but I insisted her to help me appeal.
1st time in my life that my application for credit card got rejected... 😠😡😠😡

Actually i know people who do reduce credit limit. One of the school of thought though not proven is high credit limit also shows high exposure to credit, may not seem great.

I have never reach a point where i can use up even half of my credit limit. In fact, i chopped the cards with highest cl.
Barcelona also 48k. Also signature.

But decent affin card. But depends on what you want.

i was so embarrassed when I've been rejected by presenting this card to access klia2 gateway lounge last week.

My limit is lower than my salary leh. And my gf limit is like more than 4x the salary. Sien

my LFC card is applied before 2018 and anniversary month is september. may i know roughly when the AF and SST will be posted on transaction history? hope that scb can waive the both charges.

sigh, i tried to get sst rebate from sc livechat, but they are telling me i am not entitled for it. i asked again does that mean i am not entitled for AF waiver as well, and how's the entitlement being determined. answered me bank's decision. took forever to connect to a consultant.

got card in aug'19, AF will be charged on 1/9/20, until then, i shall try my luck with another consultant. been spending on bigpay and autobill for about rm2500 for three months already sigh.

Did live chat with SCB for SST rebate
In order to get the rebate, I need to take up a 3.88% 12 month installment plan.

Ouch, Annual fee RM600 kicks in for my worldmile, straight called bank to waive - success waive

Subsequently asked for SST waiver but asked me for flexipay installments (4.99%) as well XD  - failed waive

SC just sent me a World Miles card eventhough i have only applied for Just One Card.

By end this year, will i be charged RM50 for the government tax of RM25/card?

or both card will be considered as 1 since under same bank?
