Hi. Can I check if online transactions is counted for Liverpool Fc cash back? Not clear from the website. Thanks.
*
Last I captured from RinggitPlus, it says "All retail except petrol, insurance"
Best to refer to SCB's own webpage https://www.sc.com/my/credit-cards/liverpool-fc-cashback/

Sien, JOP rm25 sst, they refused to waive.
LFC charged annual fee.

Probably just gonna cancel LFC if they can't waive AF

Is BigPay under professional services? Nvm, fruitie answered that BigPay's MCC not among those not eligible, thanks.

Btw managed to waive AF rm175 for my LFC by calling CS during work hours.

What about SST?

SST for LFC was charged few months ago and waiveable.
SST for JOP which is charged recently unable to be waived, told me to use cashback to offset or sign up for their credit balance products

Just call SCB CS and was told that JOP AF can be reversed if last annual spend is > rm20K BUT not LFC.
And rm25 SST for LFC is not reversible/rebated.
*
SST for my LFC got rebated around Feb/March thru online chat, cant do so for JOP thru online chat or call recently.
LFC AF just got waived thru call during work hours, I'm close to 20k spending or ngam ngam 20k.

I called CS twice , they say there is no way to waive the SST for my newly approved JOP and LFC. I think SST can be waived only for old users.
*
Around Feb SST can still be rebated, May tak boleh liao.
Anyway just rm25, 1 month CB can cover liao.

Too bad I don't have a SA with SCB. Maybe I should open 1 basic one without annual fee.

May I know which bank can schedule instant transfers on a later date? That sounds canggih as I'm only aware of scheduled IBG instead of scheduled instant transfers.

Same goes with me. CS refused to give rebate/cash reward for SST. Straight request to cancel.
Waited 10 days and received call from Card Retention Team, being offered to get SST rebate for both cards by spending any amount (3 separate transactions) within 2 weeks.
Same goes to AF waiver, live chat request for waiver and straight away being told charges for AF will be waived within 1 business day  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif

Once we've made a transaction after SST is charged, unable to get the rebate ady right if cancel?
Looks like this month will be the final month for me to top up BP,
after that 30/2500 is only 1.2% rebate, samo with no AF waiver, mass cancellation ahead?

From majorarmstrong's chart, seems like getting rm28/rm1500 i.e. 1.87% is not too shabby, will target this and try to ask for AF waiver when time comes

should always calculate with the AF.

if got waiver, then it's a bonus.
*
If calculate with AF then 86/(1500×12) = 0.48% effective cashback and even lower when including SST

Sidetrack a bit: Paying GE insurance through UOB Yolo gives you cashback in case you are missing out on this piece of information.
*
I think JOP users here wanted to spend rm200 for the auto-bill to get rm60 max rebate, thanks for the info.
