How come SST & AF of LFC were charged few months apart?

Just call SCB CS and was told that JOP AF can be reversed if last annual spend is > rm20K BUT not LFC.
And rm25 SST for LFC is not reversible/rebated.

I called CS twice , they say there is no way to waive the SST for my newly approved JOP and LFC. I think SST can be waived only for old users.

Same goes with me. CS refused to give rebate/cash reward for SST. Straight request to cancel.
Waited 10 days and received call from Card Retention Team, being offered to get SST rebate for both cards by spending any amount (3 separate transactions) within 2 weeks.
Same goes to AF waiver, live chat request for waiver and straight away being told charges for AF will be waived within 1 business day
