Does anyone know when will we get to know the result of year end cashback (rm50 transaction per entry, rm50/1000/10000 cb)? Btw, online bill payment considered as online purchase for just one platinum?

Hi all,

Anybody had any experience with late payment? My due date was 27th and I performed an IBG on the same day but after work hours. If my payment only reaches SCB on 28th, will the bank take it as late payment?  sad.gif

If yes, is there a good chance to appeal for a reversal of the late payment? Also, will this be flagged under my CCRIS?

Thanks in advance!

One or two days will have no issue one. If really touch wood and kena, just call to waive, for first timers banks are usually lenient.

I've just received my latest statement and checked that there's no late payment & finance charges....phew so relieved! thumbup.gif

Next time gotta be more diligent with keeping track of payment dates.

StdChart's service is poor today. Called up customer service to clarify something and she said their system is down and she's unable to clarify my doubt.

For the first year, it's free. You'll be charged subsequent year but then call in to waive it.

As long as SCB card and yoi meet the RM750 per calendar month requirement you will get the Uber cashback.

You have to call every year to waive. But must meet their spending criteria. Not sure what's the criteria at the moment

Spending must be on the same SCB card. Is there a particular reason why you want to split?
