I think they discontinued this product, but it has been 0.5% for quite sometime.. 1% is good old day.

Based on tnc, the spending tiered based on txn date n not posting date , but must post within 1st week of following month if txn date is at month end, I’ve no issue getting cashback for that. Unless ur 99speedmart txn date is fall on next month

Look at ur card expiry month, normally that’s the month the SST / AF charged. To be exact, check with CS what is the card anniversary date, then it will be the date the AF / SST charged. But for SCB, I notice SST charged first and AF later

I use their app, still there for me.. same goes to my siblings acc.. hope those who has issue is just temporary.. coz I prefer live chat than call even though their CS is not 24 hours, sometime I just leave msg there n I go back again next few days.

Normally the live chat is a blue color chat logo at the bottom right of the app. If you can’t see it in ur app, meaning u r one of those who do not have live chat function or it is just a bug for certain customers
