Called Cs ask sst can waived or not. They say cannot so I proceed with cancellation of Liverpool cc. Retention team called back by offering RM50 cash rebate if able to spend RM200 before 30 Nov and waive sst. So I accepted the offer  |

Every year one month before card expire i will make card cancellation and the retention unit will waive sst, annual fee and give cashback RM50 or RM100 (forgot but last year was RM50) after spend RM200. I'm not T20 by the way

i just log in to my scb and found out they didnt update the history transaction. it was till 18/9/2024. anyone encounter this? saw outstanding but i remember i have settled all outstanding payment
