You can check your status of card cancellation in their online banking.
If still pending, means the retention team is yet to call you.

They will call you eventually, but it could take quite some time, for me 1 week+, almost 2 weeks.
Probably due to MCO workforce reduced.

If the status is completed cancelled means they won't be calling you

you will only get RM40 this month.

when ask customer service.
they tell you T&C its 60 DAYS after the month end.
so they have their sweet time till 30 April according to T&C.

so stop bothering them shakehead.gif

got once my scheduled future transfer to pay before due date was not captured in the system even i click confirm (Bank Octopus which has the worst online banking).

only notice this 1 week after due date when i check online banking.

i am quite frustrated as there is totally no notification or reminder from SC at all before they charge late charges and interest.

ask SC to waive the interest and late charges, they refused at first.

bring to customer resolution, they still refuse, they claim that my account is not past due more than 1 month so they will not give any notification to me.

so i tell them to give me a letter in writing on their decision, and i will refer to BNM.

after few days, cust resolution wrote a letter stating they decided to waive late charge and interest out of gesture of goodwill.

The Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad ("the Bank") Smart credit card 30% Cashback Campaign
2 (“Campaign”) commences on 1 May 2021 and ends on 31 December 2021, inclusive of both dates
("Campaign Period")

To participate in the Campaign, Eligible Cardholders must spend a minimum of RM1,000 in retail
transactions (“Eligible Spend Criteria”) to receive 30% cashback on any of the selected online merchants
as specified in Clause 8 (“Merchant”), subject to a cap of RM30 per month per Eligible Cardholders.

The selected online merchants which are applicable to earn cashback under this Campaign are as follows:
• Boost (BOOST APP 3D)
• FavePay (FAVE PAY MALAYSIA-EC)
• GrabPay (GRABPAY-EC)
• Lazada (LAZADA - Not applicable to LAZADA TOPUP/WALLET transactions)
• Shopee (SHOPEE MALAYISA - Not applicable to ShopeePay topup transactions)
• TaoBao (TAOBAO.COM)
• Touch ‘n Go eWallet (TNG-EWALLET ECOM)
• Zalora (ZALORA MALAYSIA)

At the end of each eligible month during the campaign period, Eligible Cardholders who meet the eligible
spend criteria will be selected in sequential order from the first Eligible Cardholders who meet the eligible
spend criteria as specified in Clause 7 until it reaches the maximum capping of cashback allocated per
month, as shown in Table A below.

IMO, Not worth for campaign 2.
RM1k spend get RM30 max cap.
Effective CB 3% only.
there are cards out there giving 3% for online spend up till RM80 cap/month.

and 1 thing to take note is the T&C state TNG-EWALLET ECOM, however as you all aware tng had changed to TNG WALLET E-COMM KUALA LUMPUR MY.

so you are not sure whether tng still valid for the 3% RM30 cap cb

they will straight offer waive AF SST plus rm50 by spending rm200
