7) Meaning of words
CashBack Gold MasterCard means the Standard Chartered CashBack Gold MasterCard Credit Card. cashback transactions means all retail purchases (local and international) but excludes all types of transactions made at petrol stations or petrol kiosks including purchases of petrol, and any type of insurance payments.

Retail Purchases EXCLUDES the following transactions:
i. Cash advances, cash withdrawals, charges for cash advance or cash withdrawals, annual fees, interest, finance charges, late payments fees, disputed transactions

ii. Balances products including but not limited to Balance Transfers, Balance Transfer Plus, Cheque OnCall, Cheque On Call Plus, Flexi On Payment, Flexi On Payment Plus, Flexi On Balance, Flexi On Balance Plus, Easy Payment

Which card? Gold cashback or JOP? As Gold cashback the eligibility is quite broad, but JOP is only for online, autodebit and Petrol.. that’s y I’m quite surprise they treat jompay as online purchase txn.

PTPTN will be excluded for CB as per mentioned government & charity transaction excluded.
Advisable to pay by using SCB Gold Cash back card. This confirmed got CB.

I just activated my CB Gold,
would like to ask that for CB Gold, every transactions including government transactions that I spent (excluding petrol and insurance) as long as I achieved RM1.5k then I'll have cash back rm50 ?

if yes, is it advisable to finish CB Gold quota 1st then only use MBB Barcelona FC ?
