how reliable is SC retention team offer? got call this morning from a lady from retention department, got offer SST waiver got both JOP & LFC cards without condition and one off RM50 rebate for JOP with RM200 spending during 1 Feb - 31 March (which already done on 1st Feb for Grab top up), but when request for written memo or T&C for the RM50 cashback, they could not provide any

Do you realise they offer you the BT to bond you for another 6 months? Stupid decision to take it. During that 6 months you cannot cancel your card.

I would cancel my SC card, wait another 6 months and re-apply for sign up promo from Ringgitplus or Comparehero. Easily can get better return.

Can anyone confirm whether reloading to Setel app will be blocked if the card is locked? Not sure what payment gateway Setel use when reload with CC.

Can't, I don't have Setel app. I entered my CC info on a friend's Setel app for a one time favor but forgot to remove it. Already asked him to remove it a while ago, but I'm still seeing new Setel reload transaction every month.

If anyone can help test it out, I would greatly appreciate it.
