68 point = rm1
1 point = spent local rm3

Rm204 = cb rm1
Cb = less then 0.5%

Even spent oversea also wont touch 1% cb

So , conclusion nothing special

does it must be posted on the first week ? or it can be any time as long as within the calendar month ?
