Is your auto-billing posted on the first week of the month? tongue.gif
*
What does that have to do with auto-billing? Frankly speaking I think you guys are reading the T&C wrong.

QUOTE(Sumofwhich @ Jun 8 2019, 09:09 AM)
Any methods to change auto-billing to be 1st few days of the month?
*
Why? Why must it be one the first week? Is it because of this clause?

CODE
Transactions must be posted within the first week of the following month to be eligible for meeting the
minimum spend stated in Clause 1 above. Please note that transactions may be posted late by the
merchant. The Bank will not be held responsible for late posting.

If not posted in first week, it will just be included in the following month's statement.
*
That's the thing I understood as well. Not sure why so many are making a fuss out of it.

QUOTE(TongCN @ Jun 8 2019, 10:12 AM)
Probably will affect on the first month of effective.

I plan to switch my auto bill insurance to JOP and my statement is 5th of the month. Probably will hit?
*
As I read it, basically it'll just hit if your auto-bill gets debited near the end of the month, which will have a probability of the posting date being delayed till the first week of the following month. If not, there's nothing for you to worry about.

I stand corrected if I got it wrong though.

QUOTE(sms2u @ Jun 8 2019, 11:40 AM)
from where or how u treat this bigpay is FPX?
*
I'm interested about this as well. I've never read anything about topping up BigPay being a FPX transaction. rclxub.gif

Hi, did anyone of you successfully reload BP using either SC JOP or LFC in the last 2 days? I'm getting error when reloading using both cards.

Just topped up BP 2.5K on my JOP. It was silky smooth.

No, it's not the same. Even I myself with a few GE policies were billed on different date for each.

Question on the new rules

Above RM2,500 15%

total bill or by categories?
Eg Online 2500  = Max Cap RM30 (big pay)
Pertrol + other  1500 = max cap RM 28

so total expense need to be RM 4K to get  RM58?
*
Total spend of RM2.5K is required if you want to hit the max cashback of RM60. Out of this RM60, the max you can get for online spending cashback is RM30. The other RM30 must come from either petrol or auto-billing.

its okay, i found new TnC stated max cap RM30  sweat.gif
*
Current month = yes.

Next month = no.

EDIT: For next month, BigPay top-up should still be parked under online transaction but it'll be capped at RM30 only. You'll have to get the other RM30 from petrol & auto-bill.

Want to confirm is Just One no more AF waive next year?

Just got my JustOne and LFC card. Mean I have to pay both AF next year? OMG
*
No one can confirm since we have conflicting T&C from both SC & RinggitPlus. RinggitPlus specifically mentions "no automatic waiver" so it certainly sounds like we can give SC a call once your AF shows up in your statement.

It was RM85 but from this month onwards, it has been reduced to RM60 with a few tweaks.

This has been discussed in length since quite a couple weeks ago.

*
Auto debit (for Domestic customers only)
Registration can be done at our Head Office, Indah Water Unit Offices and Maybank branches

I doubt IWK bills will add much to your expenses though since they only charge once a quarter. sweat.gif

Is it all transaction must be in first week of the month to be eligible cashback (as what written in t&c)
*
Where do you see the clause / statement that mentioned so? If you're referring to the T&C clauses below, then you gotta re-read & understand what's the difference between transaction & posting dates.
CODE
2. CashBack will be calculated at the first week of the following month and will be credited your credit card
account or any other account we designate within the 60 days after the end of the relevant transaction
months.
3. Transactions must be posted within the first week of the following month to be eligible for meeting the
minimum spend stated in Clause 1 above. Please note that transactions may be posted late by the
merchant. The Bank will not be held responsible for late posting.

do you mean for petrol also we need to spend RM200 within the first week to be eligible for 15%?
I have done 2.5k on JOP on the 1st by topping up BigPay - RM30 in pockets!
now need to hit the rest of the category
*
Dey, his diagram clearly shows that you can spend it any time as long as it gets posted before the first week mark of the following month. doh.gif
