if buy a subsales house, the title to be transferred to buyer directly from developer, it will take long time to get the key after signed SNP?? 6 months?

Freehold? Of course the seller has to pay all outstanding bills n pass the receipts to lawyer. If everyone cooperate than can complete faster... 6 months is ok.. |
