how can I fix the screen flicker issue on 7+ notification centre?

I've been using cases all the time and I realized scratches on the button areas, matte black. Must be the case unintentionally scratches it while snapping the devices to the case.

but my dad just bought 6s+ and i have the 7+ not much different i would say from the looks and even performance. maybe some but for me is little.

quick questions guys, am i able to reinstall those heavy apps like garageband, imovie, keynote, pages and all after uni stall it?
