One downside, using same Apple ID/iCloud ID, the backups will be sharing the 5GB quota.

It will not clash as, it's grouped by your individual iPhone backup.

Your backup view will show as

iPhone 6s / whatsapp A
iPhone 7 plus / whatsapp B

I saw MacStudio and Machines carrying it for 6s and 6. 7/7 plus whether got stock, not sure.

I'm holding two iPhones, personal and work. Using same Apple ID. Rundown of my experience....


1) iTunes/AppStore download
Seem-less on both phones using same Apple ID. But you can always login with the Apple ID on the alternate phone. Minor inconveniences if separate account.

2) Both phone rings, call logs showing on both side using same ID
I doubt many will know this. Under Settings -> Phone -> Calls: Calls on other devices.

this was enabled by default. When signed in on same iCloud ID, being nearby (Not sure what it means, using GPS?) and on Wifi. Calls on any iPhone, both will ring. you can pick up with any phone. Creepy first time it happened.

3) Contacts is synced, update one side... you get the picture

Other than that is the 5GB storage limit for backup and iCloud picture sharing (i use Google photos)

i didn't solve this. I just leave with it using same Apple ID. Just sharing what I felt was the situation if you have two devices like me.

Well, distexpress is apparently the official distributor. That's their website and location. Even can see epicentre referencing them. FB rhino shield Malaysia also owned by them.

That's the haptic engine doing the clicking replacing the physical button movement feedback.

The low power mode is disabling iOS certain functions and therefore avoiding/limiting the battery usage. It's not like turning off some physical battery switch.
