Nvm is ok... Sometimes it took them a week to reply and 3 weeks to send over using the snail mail... Haha... So be patience... It will be around 1 month for it to arrive...

I have been using iPhone 7 Plus Matt Black for about one month with fully covered by a TPU casing and full screen tempered glass most of the time. I just open the casing once a week to wipe the dust off from the phone. Until yesterday when I take off the casing, and notice there is something at the edge of the phone body next to UP Volume button. At first I thought it just the dust. I try to wipe it using microfibre cloth as usual. Until I look closely it is the metal part of the body. It seems that the black anodised paint had been chipped off from the phone body. I am really disappointed with what happen to the phone because I was using it very careful.

I have chat with Apple Customer Support and it is not covered under warranty since it is under cosmetic damage. Seems that the anodised paint quality on iPhone 7 is same as what is on iPhone 5. Beside using the casing, i also use skin which I did on my own. precisely cut to fit the side button (volume,silent,lock). Just today i peel off the skin because want to make sure what is it between the volume button. previously when the skin is still attached, i thought it is the adhesive residue.

I think later will be many more to start chipping. I dont know how to push them to include this under warranty. i went to Switch this evening and they said it was not cover under warranty. but they ask me to send an email to Apple US. i could not find any Apple support email on their website. So I just having a chat with customer support person and she said it is not cover under warranty. she said if i want to repair it will cost $100+ and the phone will be ship to any nearest Apple Repair Centre

Sound quality is just awesome to me! It's got a more natural sound signature. If you prefer enhanced highs and lows, can consider the new Sony MDR-1000x which is very good also, and cheaper than the QC35.
Momentums are nice as well. I love Sennheisers too!  :thumbsup:

The 6 was an exception because there was a big design change from the 5S, and it was the first time a Plus version became available so the stock shortage was expected. But the 7 stock shortage is surprising.
