Not many of them discuss about this condo.
I remembered block A was fully booked on the first day it launched.
Visited their show room, is really nice.
The bad thing is developer website don't really update the progression, do you have more info? e.g. it is expected to complete by Q4 2017, etc?

I stopped visit the site few Months back. Last I went there, block b has completed the top floor.

Both tower reach top ady. Just sharing.

That agent only have permission to sell Block B, left 6 unit at that time (March 2017).
No special discount offer.

I bought block b. The iris residence is quite good looking too.

Just wonder if any one know about the master plan of the SYF around this plot of land? Saw many construction activity inside but have no idea what it is.. thank you thank you

Iris Residence - 252 units
Camellia Residence (Hearsay half rumahwib)
All these 3 condo is same row, but Camellia futher away and lower elevation。

Landed:
Rafflesia Residence 3-Storey Semi-Detached houses and bungalow houses. Nearby Camellia Residence condo.

Hearsay is another condo.
Was told by agent before, when I asking any possibility 3rd condo coming next to Iris. He said guarantee no, who know now bomb out another Camellia Residence . That time. the agent said most high possibility 3rd condo will be located at entrance of the gate. You can double check with the agent.

Anyway, that area is the highest elevation amongst Sg Long, should be very good view. Just to make sure your view won't block by "Future" condo.
