Need to pay TNB RM510.

Manage to call Lavender's developer. We shall get the key in mid-April, 2019.

I contacted developer. Initially they said mid March.


If you paid to the developer before. You can ignore it.

Now they postponed to mid April. Wtf.

Yes, i apps and asked, they said project manager mentioned mid april, now they waiting services from iwk & syabas.. btw, anyone know who is iwk?
I also got an email from TNB, its Welcome letter, not sure the meaning of... I've also been there last months, everything looks ok too...
Please let me know also if owner whatsapp group form..

I signed the SnP at Jan 2016. If the developer hand over the key at Mid April 2019 means more than 3years. Can we claim the compensation with developer for late handover key?
