Went to an interview with them but sadly unsuccessful. It was a session consisting of interviews and presentations. Although I don't work with them, but at least I have an idea of what they're doing, well..at least I have an idea of what the Sustaining team are doing because I was interviewed for the position of Sustaining Engineer.
Basically in Sustaining, you'll be supporting the products that have been manufactured there. If there are any problems at the field on the seismic products, you'll be required to identify the problems and find the solution. The works are mainly based in Penang, but if you're required to go to the field, you'll have to go. They're also working closely with the Product Centre in Norway so at some point, you'll get to travel there

Yup. Mine was Eilin too. Had 2 interviews prior to the final session (3 interviews + 1 presentation). Basically I stumbled in the 3rd interview (technical). I think the structure of the interview depends on who the hiring manager is. Btw, why did you rejected to go to the 2nd interview?
