Yes, there is! Though not everyone would like to share these experiences with me, those that are willing to, actually shared some great news with me. About how they last longer (For those with serious P.E problem, an extra minute or two and those who are normal, longer sessions for them), how their partners are not affected by Promescent (most product affects both partners which would have been an issue).

Personally, I`ve used it and though the timing is still up and down, at least I know that it`s working. Some people may say that it numbs them, but to me, to last another one or two minutes, is amazing! At least now I know that I can do it, and I can retrain my mind to last longer. (P.E are sometimes physiological problem, and I believe mine is)

1) Just spray on the underside of the head of your penis, and some on the underside shaft as well‐its most sensitive area. Apply three or more sprays but no more than 10. You don’t have to be fully erect, but it works equally well if you are. You can experiment with how many sprays is perfect for you.
