FYI, I just replaced 4pcs V12Evo2 size of 215/45/R17. Running in for a week now.
Initial expression that the tyre side wall is soft and at current pressure of 35psi.
I might increase the pressure later this weekend.

Bro 6UEST,

I'm with V12Evo2 size of 215/45/R17 in Ford Focus.
Initial expression that the tyre side wall is soft and at current pressure of 35psi.
Can I still increase the pressure?

You can increase 1 or 2 more psi to give it a try, but v12evo2 inherently has soft side walls, no additional sidewall reinforcement. Maybe that's why price so damn good.

Go for falken fk510 on your next change which is a very slight premium (for now) japan made tyres against the v12evo2 but with reinforced sidewalls.

Will try increase 2psi and see how it feels.
Thanks for the advice.

Today, managed to increase the V12EVO2 pressure from 35 to 36psi. Feels better ride and handling.

I was quoted the Falken fk510 rm430 per pc for 215/45/R17 and out of my budget. Next change will consider.

Might as well go for PS4 at 350 for this size. No budget that time so opt for v12e2 at 270, else sure go for PS4  sweat.gif

In Penang, PS4 for size 215/45/R17 is easily rm450++.
I bought the V12Evo2 for rm290.
