hi all,

im an owner of 2 GSD. the male is around 4 years+ and his name is Bizzy. the female is around 3 years+ and her name Roxy.

my female GSD is abit on the smaller side but she's a much better guard dog than my male GSD because she's more alert of her surroundings and whats happening around the house etc. but she's not as obedient as my male GSD. need more training on this area.

Bizzy on the other hand is my favourite. he's ok in size, can consider big but not as big as some i've seen. he has gone through obedient training by a police dog trainer and is very obedient and affectionate. he loves to sit or lie really close to me.

i bring both of them out for runs in the evening. Roxy loves to run and really has the stamina to run, but Bizzy on the other hand is abit lazy. i have to drag him while running away from my house but once he realise we're running back towards my house he runs like his life depends on it.

their diet consist of Eukanuba Adult Maintenance Large Breed Formula and Eukanuba healthy extra biscuits as rewards. any GSD owners have other brands to introduce or have any comments on Eukanuba?

will try to upload pics of my dogs soon. i have 2 dobermans prior to these 2 GSD. i just love large breeds smile.gif so nice to have beside you.

thanks for the heads up. i guess when Bizzy hits 6-7 years old then i'll slow down slightly and when he's around 8-9 then its just slow walk for him. i think he's at his prime time now and he's abit over-weight so i need to make him exercise more.

So far both my GSD's dun have any symptoms like u mentioned while on Eukanuba so i guess i shud just stick to it ler.

any of you experience this before with your GSD or any other breeds where ur dog snap ur fingers after u pat them.

Roxy tends to do this sometimes. like after patting her and when i stop she turns her head and snaps my finger. whenever she does this i'll give her a light slap with a firm NO!

my dad found the trainer from newspaper. he is from the police K9 team. he came to my house to train my dog and usually he will not encourage us to be around when he trains my dog because he say they are like children in school. when parents around they're not scared of the teacher.

i think the reason why ur dog is chewing ur finger is bcoz he is teething? since he is around 4 months old already right?

anyways, i need a help from you. i'd like to have the contact number of the GSD breeder in genting where u bought ur dog. my fren is looking for a GSD breeder. hope you can pm me the breeders contact.

thanks!
