planning to get a GSD. any pointers? how to take care of the dog?
any special particular that i need to pay attention to?
*
well, have you owns any dogs before? it is not rocket science. just remember clean water, adequate food, brushing and also bath them weekly. before buying go shop around and see what is healthy pups and also what sick pups look like. try not to get one that is always hiding in one corner or one that is the leader of the pack if you are first time owner. common sense comes in play here. dont tie them up in too hot area or under the rain. dont keep inside toilet. lol. make sure your gate is closed and he/she cannot escape. these are the basic pointers.

now come to another pointer to spoilt them. ahahah. go for swim, dog spa, expensive leash, expensive treats and air conditioner the kennel and etc. lol.

yea, pics time. post them up.

hey guys, just to let u guys knw about a great news.
my cousin hv a GSD. sable colour 1. b4 this i hv posted up the photos.
there was a time when the GSD was infected by parasit from kampung dogs.
most of the fur drop and it does not hv the appetite to eat. wat so say if wan it to bark at stranger. it can barely walk. brough her to meet some vet, but nothing works out.
but she was lucky, cuz i ask my cousin try the medicine that ppl use to wash away the ticks. cuz the function is to kill parasit. so they try. and also feed her fish oil every meal. now she is getting healthier and fatter. now can even bark and march at stranger. lol...
i will attach some photos showing b4 and after.

wow, axel has grown up to b so macho!! nice GSD. i like sable colour sometimes, cuz they don't look old when their age r bigger.

Hey Ah_Chuan,

Thanks for the comment. He works well on the field and is a wonderful family dog. Not sure if he can be considered macho but he is definitely smart. He has got my whole family wrapped around his paw and is spoilt rotten. Haha.
Well, Axel is beginning to show the white muzzle fur if that's what you mean by looking old?

Haha. I love Sables smile.gif
