Hi all, curious to know how much you budget for your 1 month food supply for your GSD? a 15kg dog food usually just last 27 days for my GSD. Averaging 540grams per day.

Food intake depending on your dogs working level /energy level. So it varies. 27 days for 15kg is quite normal.

just curious what brand do you guys usually feed.

well brands varies bro, the good ones are like merrick ,evo , acana and orijen but all of these are high protein , if you dont work your dog you will be in trouble also. So pick the food base on your dog energy level with protein percentage for normal adult should be around 23-26 will be enough.

Take your dog to a vet ASAP. Dont let him move around alot. Also who was the breeder you bought from? You should warn others to not buy from him anymore.

not my dog but my friends dog, vet ask him to buy glucosamine. he recommend synnoquin but its damn expensive. Any other product available in the market?

Xray....All sorted manage to get Glucosamine for Horse (3kg) from UK very cheap. His dog seems to be almost 100% now.

Well you can check when he runs. If he hops around with 2 legs sometimes confirm Hip Dysplasia but only a scan can confirm. Just make sure he eat good food and give him glucosamine everyday will prevent further damage.
