Syabas said 4pm got water. Now 7pm near. What is happening to this crazy water supply?

They say 4pm got, but that means 4pm the lepas water to the relevant retention ponds.

by the time it actually gets to your house.... maybe midnight only leh...

the last round happen to my place, coz our distance/altitude or wateva reason.. they start 4pm, but my hse 10-11pm only will start to get...

im in zone 2 also.. patiently waiting too bruhh
